CNC milling machine, full name of digital control milling machine, is an automatic machine tool equipped with a program control system. 1, most of the imported old equipment need to handle the pre-shipment inspection certificate overseas before it can be imported, and the inspection personnel will make a preliminary judgment on the performance and safety of the old equipment when they do the inspection, and the old equipment that meets the relevant requirements will issue the "Certificate of Inspection".

2, in addition to checking whether the imported goods are consistent with the declaration, the customs will also evaluate the performance and safety of the equipment. If the inspector thinks that the imported old equipment is too old, has no use value or suspects that the equipment can not be used (the normal use of the imported equipment after maintenance and rectification is not considered), he will put forward the instruction of "solid waste identification" (Note: Solid waste appraisal is usually operated by the Customs Technical appraisal center or a qualified third-party institution, and the inspection method is usually "dynamic inspection").

3. The destination inspection will focus on verifying whether the nameplate information and the appearance of the machine meet the import requirements (whether there are safety risks, etc.). If it is identified as "solid waste", then in addition to returning or destroying, the import enterprise will face the risk of fines or even prison sentences, and the carrier bears joint and several liability!

PS: Old equipment can be imported, but can not be randomly imported. From the absolute point of view of human nature, it is normal for some people to feel that the same old equipment is "solid waste" and some people feel that "it is not solid waste".
